Codio Cigars LLC, doing business as Codio Cigars Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”), operates codiocigarshops.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect:
We collect information you give us: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, date of birth (for age verification), and order details. We do not store full payment card numbers — card payments are processed by our payment provider. We also collect information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies. Because we sell tobacco products, we collect date of birth to confirm you are 21 or older.
How we use your information:
We use your information to process and ship your orders and provide customer service; to verify your age and comply with tobacco sales laws; to send order updates and, with your consent, marketing emails or texts; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; and to comply with legal obligations.
Payment processing:
Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe and other providers shown at checkout). Their handling of your card data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Sharing your information:
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS providers, hosting), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies:
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the Site may not work properly.
Your choices:
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email, or stop texts by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at codiocigarsnj@gmail.com.
Children:
The Site is intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes:
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
